Our Story

A love of Verona, on two wheels

A Passionate Cyclist

Founder Gleb moved to Verona, NJ with his growing family and quickly fell in love with the town. A passionate cyclist, he found himself biking everywhere — proving that even in the suburbs, two wheels can replace four for a lot of trips.

His daily rides through the neighborhood sparked a simple question: if he could get around town on a bike, why couldn't deliveries work the same way?

A Town Worth Riding For

What makes Verona, Verona is its local spots — places like Staci's Sandwich Joint, the homegrown sandwich shop that went viral and still feels like a neighbor.

The idea was simple: bring those local favorites to people's doors without adding another car to the road. Support the shops that make the town, and do it cleanly.

The E-Bike Delivery Concept

In the Netherlands, cargo e-bikes had already transformed how cities move goods — faster than cars on busy streets, cheaper to run, and zero emissions. Why couldn't that work in Verona?

Dutch Delivery ordered custom cargo e-bikes with special motors and safety features to protect drivers, and works with local bike shops to keep them running.

The result: local orders delivered by a neighbor on a bike — quick, friendly, and easy on the streets.

Why This Matters

We're starting right here in Verona, but the idea travels: a town dense enough for quick bike delivery, where two wheels beat four through traffic, and where people want to support the local shops they love.

Every e-bike route is one less car on the road and one more reason for neighbors to order from the businesses next door.

This is about proving that local, sustainable delivery can be the easy choice — for customers, for shops, and for the neighborhood.
